I like a lot of the drivers in this race, but racing is more fun when you have someone to root against. So I'm rooting against Penske, and to a lesser extent against Ganassi and Andretti. I'd love to see a win by a smaller team like Ed Carpenter racing, Rahal-Letterman, or Schmidt-Petersen motorsports. That being said, I only live a few miles outside of Nazareth PA so I'd be happy to see Marco or Sage in victory lane.

Yeah, but it's under a caution and nobody is pitting. 2.5 miles at caution speeds takes a while.

It's a long race with lots of chances to pass, so I'm not too mad about the top qualifier getting a bit of a jump. It's not like Monaco where if you win the battle to turn 1 you win the race.

Based on what I’ve seen in the first 40 laps, it looks like Chevy has a strong edge over Honda this year. Hard to imagine a Honda i n victory lane.

Mistakes were made by both drivers. Davison definitely screwed up but I also feel like Helio is experienced enough to be able to avoid that contact.

I respect Penske, I just think it’s fun when others win. I also grew up rooting for Andretti, so rooting against Penske just made sense.

If a Dale Coyne driver wins I hope it's Bourdais.

You are only supposed to be going the pit lane speed limit in the fast lane, acceleration and deceleration is supposed to happen in the slow lane. Helio had no reason to expect Davison to suddenly slam on the brakes in the fast lane.

I’m torn because I adore Simon but I think Rossi is a superb driver and I’d like to see him recognized as someone who deserves to win it .

Honestly, IndyCar is a series full likeable drivers. I don’t really hate anybody, and I just root against Penake because it’s more fun when you aren’t rooting for everybody. That being said, I like Pagenaud and if a Pensk e driver wins I hope it is him.

I would like to see Rossi win this one based on driving ability and not just winning the fuel mileage game. His Indy 500 win was impressive but I think a lot of people just attributed it to gambling on fuel. I watch enough IndyCar races to know that he is super talented and it wasn’t just luck.
